Just wanted to design a very flat character, but couldn t help my self shading it afterwards.. Hope u like it, have a nice day!

This is great, both of these have their own kind of charm to them. The one on the left has a pretty nice feel with the simplicity of it combined with the edge of the design, yet the right one has that cool dissonance between highly caricatural, disproportionate figures and the high level of detail. Either way works in its own way.

With Shading = 3D Cartoon

I prefer it without the shading. She looks a wee bit shiny in the shaded version! I think somewhere inbetween the two would be perfect!
